Shotgun start 10:00 AM / Maximum of 40-4 person teams / Putting Contest / Money Hole / Skins Game / 50-50 Drawing / Door Prizes / Buffet Food available throughout the day / Beer / Pop / Water / Individual trophies for 1^st. 2^nd and 3^rd place teams / Trophies for Long Drive Men and Women / Prizes for closest to the pin on all par 3’s

$55.00 per person ($220.00 per team) Individual Team Members may also submit 2 hole sponsors for a minimum of 50.00 each as their entry fee and pay nothing out-of-pocket. Team Captains should submit all checks and completed team forms together. (For team members submitting hole sponsors as their entry fee, please indicate on hole sponsor sheet which team member it represents)

All monies and forms due by August 2, 2010. The first 40 teams to sign up and submit their money and forms will be the ones to play

the Memorial Fund for Officer Jarod Dean of the Boston Heights Police Department who was killed in the line of duty on 1/19/09 and the family of Corrections Officer William Hesson of the Ohio Department of Youth Services who was killed in the line of duty on 4/29/09
